We do not give discounts or refunds due to weather.All inflatables must be deflated in winds 20 mph or more. Rules are located on invoice and or equipment.Call the emergency line before operating equipment if you do not receive an invoice or if rules are not posted on equipment. Customers are responsible for any licensing or permits required for event. Additional insurance requests must be submitted in writing 5 days prior to event with the name and address.Equipment and supplies should be checked BEFORE and AFTER use for shortage or damage. Notify Moon-Walker Party Services immediately for repair or replacement. No claims can be honored after the event. Moon-Walkers does not refund or restock concession and carnival supplies. Charges will be imposed to repair or replace items due to abuse, loss, misuse, overload, negligence, or dirty equipment. All prices are for time out on rental whether used or not. Non-refundable deposits are required for all rentals. Rentals require payment in advance. Payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash or Money Order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS! For the drivers safety, they are unable to make change for cash sales. Drivers are unable to charge credit cards on delivery. All credit card sales must be charged before delivery.Water hoses, gas for generators, scoops, ice for concession machines and concession machines extension cords are not included or provided. Extension cords are only provided for inflatables. Inflatables must be within 100' of a dedicated 20 amp circuit per blower. Ask your event coordinator how many blowers are needed for your event. 12"-24" stakes are used to secure all units. Moon-Walkers is not responsible for damage that could occur due to staking, driving or hand trucking. Moon-Walkers reserves the right to make substitution of equal or greater value on equipment that may be damaged or not returned from previous events.Provided equipment and labor are available.Power is the responsibility of the customer.Moon-Walkers will charge a return trip charge for problems not associated with our equipment.All equipment must be inspected by the customer before signing the rental agreement. Compensation or driver return trips will not be made on equipment found to be unsatisfactory after the customer has signed the rental agreement and the driver has left the event location. INSPECT ALL EQUIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. All rental equipment is for amusement purposes, as with all amusement devices there are inherent risks.A Moon-Walker or Customer attendant(s) are required for all equipment, at all times during operation of equipment.
A deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation and send out a driver. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.Provided cancellation is made within the cancellation policy, Moon-Walkers will allow you to reapply your original deposit in its entirety and reschedule your reservation within 30 days of your original event date (the event must be rescheduled within 30 days, it does not have to take place within the 30 day window).Moon-Walkers makes no guaranties that your original equipment will be available for the day you are wanting to reschedule.If this occurs the customer will need to choose an available date or chose another type of equipment. Should you fail to contact us or make arrangements to reschedule your event within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.Customers canceling equipment orders upon delivery forfeit their deposit entirely due to contract labor expenses.Customers that would like to view our equipment in person, will need to make an appointment with an Event Coordinator.They will arrange a time and place to view our equipment. Inclement weather cancellation must be made by 8 a.m. the day of the event. Events with delivery times prior to 8 a.m., weather cancellation must be made by 6 a.m. Moon-Walkers has a cancellation mailbox on its voice mail.Once the driver has left the warehouse deposits will not be applied to future events and are forfeited due to contract labor expenses. Upon delivery any outstanding payments are due in full.We will not discount or refund due to weather once delivery has been made.

All rental prices are based on an 8 hour rental time (with events occuring between the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.); delivery and setup included for rental orders $125 & up. Service fees may apply for some areas.
Prices are good for Kissimmee/St. Cloud Area. Prices do not include sales tax.

Inflatable locations must be a flat level area within 100' of dedicated 20 amp electrical outlets, some inflatables require more than one 20amp circuit. (Moon-walker supplies extension cords for inflatables only)
Customer's water hose needs to reach location of wet units with a water source.

Some equipment will be marked with the following:
Drive & Drop equipment means we must be able to drive up to the setup/pickup location. Some equipment for an additional $50 service charge can be delivered without a drive & drop.
Drive and drops are determined by the size and weight of the equipment.
Drivers will be towing a trailer that stays attached to their vehicle on drive and drops.
Not all equipment requires a service fee or is a drive and drop.
Trailer Access means the equipment will stay on a trailer that will require an opening as wide as a car to fit through for delivery. Some trailers can be walked, others cannot.
Extended Time, Early Deliveries & Late Night Pickups:

Extended 2 Hour Event or Late Night Event $25.00
Early scheduled Delivery times before 8 AM additional $25.00 (Regularly scheduled Delivery hours 8 AM - 8 PM with a minimum delivery window of 1 hour)
Late Night scheduled Pickup times after 8 PM additional $25.00 (Regularly scheduled Pickup hours 8 AM - 8 PM, with a minimum pick up window of 1 hour, pickups may be done up until midnight) Some equipment may be picked up at 7 AM if the Moon-Walker driver chooses to.
Guaranteed Overnight (pickup after 7am next day) $35.00
Extended hours may not always be available. In order to take advantage of these extended times, they will need to be done at the time of booking your event.
