Hours of Operation Telephone Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (during holidays and peak times we return messages from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.), Saturday and Sunday we are in and out of the office due to events. Messages are returned up until 8:00 p.m. the day of or the following business day. We have a rental emergency line posted on our voice mail message at 407-932-1176. Delivery Hours: 7 days a week. Some holidays require us to deliver the day before and pick up the day after.

Ordering Rentals Online At this time only Econo Inflatable rentals are able to be ordered online using PayPal or a credit card for the following: 1.) Cities in Florida - Celebration, Harmony, Kissimmee, Orlando, Poinciana in Osceola county and St. Cloud 2.) Events taking place at least 3 days or more from your online order 3.) Events not occurring before 9:30 a.m., after 8:00 p.m. or longer than 8 hours 4.) A specific inflatable is not wanted Call our office at 407-932-1176 to place all other orders.
Deposits We require a $50 Non-refundable deposit for all equipment. Larger events and events taking place out side of Orange & Osceola Counties may require more of a deposit. The deposit is put towards the total cost. You have until 8 a.m. to cancel for regularly scheduled events in order to reapply your deposit to a future booking. If you cancel after 8 a.m. you will forfeit the deposit completely. Entertainers deposits are 50% of their fee and are completely Non-refundable once we book the event. If your event's delivery time is before 8 a.m. cancellation will need to be made before 6 a.m. for your Non-refundable deposit to be re-applied to a future event. Cancellations after 6 a.m. will forfeit your deposit. We accept Visa, Master Card or Discover Card over the phone. Call 407-932-1176 Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. to book your event. If you need to make a cash deposit you may do so at Jesters. You will need to make it between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. We will need to speak to them to authorize the deposit. There is a courtesy telephone located at our kiosk right inside their front door. Rain Events with delivery times past 8:00 a.m. have until 8:00 a.m. the day of your delivery to leave a message on our answering service, (407) 932-1176, expressing you wish to cancel your event. You may then use your deposit for a future booking. If you had already paid in full, everything but your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations after 8:00 a.m. will forfeit the use of the deposit for a future booking due to contract labor expenses. We recommend if you miss the 8:00 a.m. cancellation time to wait until the driver arrives at your event location to make a decision on cancellation. Rain in Florida can move through quickly, you have already paid for the driver so you might as well give it every chance to clear. Once we have set up the equipment, we do not give any refunds or discounts due to weather. When it rains, we have also had a bad event due to the cost of labor to dry out a unit. If your delivery time is before 8:00 a.m., you have until 6:00 a.m. to leave a message expressing your wish to cancel. The same policy will apply as with deliveries past 8:00 a.m. only the time is 6:00 a.m.
Attendants All of our equipment requires attendants to enforce the rules and make sure the event proceeds safely. Most of our equipment the customer may be the attendant. You may also rent our attendants for $20 an hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Power All Inflatables require electrical power to keep them inflated. The power source will need to be a dedicated 20amp electrical outlet. A 20amp outlet is a standard outlet inside your home. Some homes have 15amp outlets on the outside. Plugging our blowers into a 15amp outlet will trip your breaker. Should this happen you will need to move to a 20amp outlet. Due to our blower capabilities we are only able to be 100' from the power source. Anything over 100' may decrease the blower speed and make the inflatable spongy. Only one blower may operate on a dedicated 20amp circuit at a time. Some units require more than one blower. Ask your event coordinator or check the invoice for power needs.
Generators for Power If you will be using a generator for power it will need to be 3000 Watts or more with at least 2 separate 20 amp circuits. All power needs to be within 100 feet of our equipment. You will need gas for the generator and a safety person to check the gas levels every 30 - 45 minutes. For every 2 separate 20 amp circuits you will need another generator. Concrete or hard surface Set Ups Customer be advised that Moon-Walkers recommends all inflatables to be set up on a grass surface. If you require the equipment to be set up on a hard surface like concrete, we recommend you use some type of PADDED MATTING. Padded Matting should be placed at the entrance and exit. Moon-Walkers does not provide such padded matting, we strongly recommend the equipment be set up on a grass surface.
Some equipment will be labeled with the following: Drive & Drop equipment means we must be able to drive up to the setup/pickup location. Some equipment for an additional $50 service charge can be delivered. Not all equipment has to be a drive and drop, check with your event coordinator. Trailer Access means we will be bringing the equipment on a trailer that will require an opening as wide as a car to fit through. Some trailers can be walked, other cannot. This equipment will stay on the trailer. Check with your event coordinator.
Cleanliness of Units Our units are considered outdoor playground equipment. As with playground equipment over time it does show wear on the equipment. Our units also go out back to back, in many cases the driver will have to wipe down the unit at the customers location. Outside elements such as grass and ground markings will be found on the equipment due to the equipment being used outdoors as playground equipment. As a customer you should not sign our contract until you have inspected the unit. If you feel it needs more cleaning you need to let your driver know, before he leaves your event location. Once he has left we are unable to fix any cleaning issues.
Econo Inflatables Moon-Walkers is able to offer them at a discounted rated due to our savings on labor. The Economy Inflatables are intended for our customers who are on a tight budget or customers that do not have a preference on their unit and would prefer to have it at a discounted rate. If you require a specific style or theme the Economy Inflatable is not for your event. Moon-Walkers will use equipment that is already out the day before or the day after your event. If the driver does not have to go back to storage to reload or load more weight onto his truck he does not charge us as much and in turn, we are able to pass the saving onto our customers.
Rental Times With out additional charges these are the following rental times for private property: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Additional Time: Early Delivery Charge $25 Day Before Early Delivery Charge $35 Late Night Pick Up Charge $25 Guarantied Over Night Charge $35 Additional Day Half Price of the Regular Rental Rate See our Moon-Walker specials for discounts on time. Rental times for parks: Our equipment must be out of parks one hour prior to sunset. Our drivers require a minimum delivery and pick up window of one hour. Event times may be scheduled up to an eight hour rental period without additional charges. The first park delivery window is from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. The last pick up window will depend upon sunset.
Serving Celebration, Harmony, Kissimmee, Orlando, Poinciana in Osceola County and Saint Cloud, Florida With additional service charges for mileage, we will deliver any where in Florida. Tips This is totally up to the customer. Our drivers do not rely on tips for their income. If your driver provided you with outstanding service and you would like to tip, they do appreciate your hospitality.
